Tsquare was founded by engineers with decades of experience delivering complex industrial automation systems for some of the world's largest logistics and manufacturing organizations. We created the company to bring controls engineering, electrical design, simulation & emulation, and commissioning together under one accountable team.

Tsquare was founded in 2024 by engineers who had spent years delivering automation systems for UPS, FedEx, Amazon, Walmart, and other global organizations.
The gap was never a shortage of good engineers. It was when validation happened — and what was actually being validated. Most testing runs stand-in logic against a model. It can pass while the real code still fails, so the first honest test lands on the customer's floor.
We built Tsquare to end that.
Every project is proven before startup: real PLC and SCADA code against a physics-accurate digital twin, with AI agents running the edge cases a human test plan would never reach. Engineers review and sign off. By the time we're on site, we've already watched the system run.
